Fine quality tortoiseshell flip top card case with press button receipt.One side all tortoiseshell with silver inlaid in the form of a rectangle.On the reverse the rectangle is inlaid with Mother of Pearl diamond shapes.Circa 1890's.Velvet lined.
Card case decorated with triangular shaped pieces of Mother of Pearl pieced together and decorated with sprays of flowers.Hinged flip top lid with push button release.
