Description:
Oblong shaped wall plate with gilded edging all around the centre decorated with male and female peacock on a branch with foliage.The colours are vibrant and rich.
Signed by the artist Chidley.
Green makers mark, Royal Worcester England in a circle with crown over and 17 dots. 233A over H 50 54.It also has the holes for hanging the plate on the reverse. (Stock No: 8686) |
